Saturday, March 12, 6:30-9:30pm

Volunteers needed: 

• 8am-2pm, Event Set Up: This includes setting up tables, décor, etc.
• 8am-2pm, Silent Auction Set Up: This includes arranging and organizing all the silent auction items.
•  5pm-10pm, Silent Auction Monitor: Assisting during the silent auction, checking out people during and after the auction. 5 people needed.
•  6-9pm, Raffle ticket sellers: We will be selling both 50/50 raffle tickets and big-ticket item raffle tickets. 2 people for each style raffle needed.
• 7-8:30pm, Live Auction Monitor: Assisting checking out people during live auction.5 people needed.
• 9-11pm, Event Break Down: Includes breaking down silent auction area and anything else we need.
